Troy Wilson - Partner/Agent
Troy joined Legacy after a 20 year award winning career with one of Canada’s largest banks. He spent the last 15 years of his career as that bank’s top mortgage specialist in Niagara.
Troy prides himself on giving personalized service, and he wants you to feel like you have a guy in your corner. Mortgages can be complicated and Troy takes pride in taking the complication out of the process for you. Having several properties himself, he loves showing people how to re-use equity you’ve worked hard for in your own home in order to start down your own path of real estate investing.
When Troy isn’t working , he enjoys spending time with his wife + 3 kids in the great outdoors. He loves living in the country, dirt biking, big country bon-fires, and taking care of his bee-hives.

Justin Ugulini - Agent
Justin is a Niagara based mortgage broker who joined Legacy Mortgage Team after an 8-year career with one of North America’s largest banks. Now operating as an independent mortgage agent, Justin provides his clients with home financing solutions from a wide variety of trusted lenders. This network of trusted lenders is important to Justin as his business is focused on the solutions he offers and the relationships he builds. Lauren McKenzie - Underwriter
After graduating from McMaster University & Brock University, Lauren pursued a career in finance at one of Canada's big banks, where for five years she worked as a financial service representative and as an assistant to one of the top mortgage specialists at the bank. Throughout her time at the bank, Lauren expanded her knowledge in investing & borrowing, but found herself wanting to learn more about home financing – she was drawn to the idea of helping customers achieve their home ownership dreams. Lauren then joined broker side with Legacy Team and pursued her Mortgage Agent License.
Lauren is now the Underwriter for the Legacy Team & a Mortgage Agent herself, with her initial background in education and prior to starting her finance career, Lauren was teaching secondary school for years. Lauren has been able to implement her teaching strategies by educating all those around her including clients & co-workers about home financing and the many options available – allow Lauren to teach you the ins and outs of home financing and help you reach your home ownership goals.

Jeff Gawdun
Jeff became a mortgage agent after a 20-year banking career.
He is a seasoned mortgage professional with a true passion for real estate investing and loves helping clients purchase investment properties to increase their net worth. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or a knowledgeable investor – Jeff’s priority is to be by your side, guiding you through the financing to make it a seamless process.
After work, you will find Jeff active in the community, officiating minor hockey games all over town.

Chelsea Syed - Administrator
Chelsea joins Legacy with extensive experience in the financial industry. With over 12 years working in various roles with one of the 5 Major banks in Canada. Chelsea prides herself on her superior organizational skills, task oriented while providing top tier customer service. On a day to day basis you will find Chelsea overseeing operations across our team’s office, whether she is preparing documents for client review, coordinating meetings, managing social media and various other administrative projects. She will ensure each and every clients experience is second to none.
